Since 1997, the Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) has implemented a number of publicly-funded human services to its community. The organization offers a wide array of benefits including: an extensive range of information exchange, prevention, early intervention, case management, crisis intervention and after care services. DHS is dedicated to creating “an accessible, culturally competent, integrated and comprehensive human services system that ensures individually tailored, seamless and holistic services.”
